Refunds & Returns

First and Foremost...

Make sure your order has the correct shipping address! We cannot stress this enough. In order for our items to reach you, you alone are responsible for making sure that you have listed your correct address.

If you've recently placed your order, this is something we can typically work with you to fix :)

(Example: make sure address is correct, any apartment or building numbers are correct)

You can reply to your order confirmation email and we'll work with you to correct your address so that it's going to the right place.


Canceling an order

If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done before it is sent to an items maker. This is usually within 1-4 days after you place your order. After an order is sent to a supplier for making, we have already fronted money for your item to be made and shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. All cancellations of orders are subject to a refund fee.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Cases for refunds will be heard if it's something we can fix. If we've already fronted your money to your items makers, no refund can be issued. These are the instances where a refund may be issued:

  • Must be before we send instructions to suppliers for making your item(s). 
  • If the product did not reach you in 60 business days, you can request a free reshipment or a refund on your item if we can't pinpoint where something went wrong.
  • Any refunds we issue are subject to a 50-80% fee for our team's time and to cover payment processor fees.

You can submit a refund request up to 12 hours after placing an order; after 60 days of placing an order. 

You must reach out to us if you haven't received your order and it's been 60 days before we will authorize a refund. If these conditions are met and your refund request is approved, and a refund will be applied to your specific method of payment at checkout.

We do not refund apparel or clothing items as it is impossible to tell if items have been worn or stretched.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your order for a different size or color, you can contact us directly and we will gladly walk you through the steps. Contact us first before shipping or sending any exchanges.

 

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time. You may do this by logging into your account with the email address you used to make the subscription purchase, then you may edit your subscription settings from within your account. Due to the prepayment of stock for subscriptions, these orders are not eligible for a refund.
