First and Foremost...

Make sure your order has the correct shipping address! We cannot stress this enough. In order for our items to reach you, you alone are responsible for making sure that you have listed your correct address.

If you've recently placed your order, this is something we can typically work with you to fix :)

(Example: make sure address is correct, any apartment or building numbers are correct)

You can reply to your order confirmation email and we'll work with you to correct your address so that it's going to the right place.

 

November 15th: Faster ship times now in effect for orders $35+

STARTING EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15th 2020: ALL ORDERS ABOVE $35+ WILL TAKE AN AVERAGE OF 15-40 DAYS TO REACH A CUSTOMER.

We now have a warehouse to hold inventory in China! All items are made by items makers who are typically located in Japan/China. We have pre-ordered many of these items at our expense to hold for shipping out at a different kind of priority. If an item is coming from Japan to our China warehouse, it might still take a little longer, but this process is a lot quicker than it used to be.

All orders above $35 used to normally take approximately 20-60 days to get to a customer (assuming no holiday or COVID delays, other customs, etc); now they take much less time as outlined above.

All orders below $35 will still come directly from the items makers to you. This process typically takes approximately 20-60 days, depending on your country.

In either case, please remain patient to receive your item(s). It will be worth the wait for you!

 

*Chinese New Year*

Starting January 15th, shipments may be slightly delayed 7-20 days. Some of our Chinese items makers as well as all shipping for the whole country will be taking some time off to celebrate their holiday.

Some orders won't be affected at all. Please be patient and understanding of this.

*If you can't accept this delay, please do not place an order until after January is over. We are still sending our item makers the funds to create the items and ship them and they will be right back on track when they come back from their holiday. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

 

*CORONA VIRUS UPDATE*


Due to the Corona virus, MANY different countries have imposed certain delays with imports and exports of goods.

If you have placed an order with us, please be patient while you wait for your item(s). Should there be any issue on our end, we will be in touch with you.

AS IT IS HOLIDAY SEASON, OUR TEAM IS EXTREMELY BUSY WORKING WITH ITEMS MAKERS TO MAKE SURE THEY PUT A PRIORITY ON ORDERS.


Q: If I am getting an email updating that there are complimentary items spots left, can I order more?

A: Yes. We base these on first come first serve.

Q: If I am getting something complimentary, why do I have to pay shipping?

A: It covers for international packaging, as well as the minimal supplier customs order fee.

 

Shipments containing multiple items will arrive in separate packages and possibly long periods of time apart. This is because we use different product makers for different products to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.

If you do not receive a shipment notification, there could be an error with the email entered (or not entered) or even with our system. 

If there is an error for any reason with your order, we will contact you. 

Where do you ship from?

Good question. Most of our products are shipped to you directly from Japan, China, USA, UK, Canada by EMS, China Post, or ePacket delivery system. Delivery can vary between countries. We have very good relationships with our items makers to keep product cost low as well as shipping cost low. Most items are hand crafted and picked as the order comes in. 

Do you ship everywhere?

Yes! We ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

CURRENT STORE PROCESSING TIME:  1-4 Additional DAYS

 

Shipping can take up to the above business days depending on your location. Obviously, we try to process orders as soon as possible. In order to get prices as low as possible, shipping from overseas may take longer. 

In addition, we may require up to 1-4 days to process your payment before asking a supplier to make a product and get that shipped out. This means we have to have payment verified, and pay the supplier making and shipping your items.

We are currently working very hard to make sure all orders get processed ASAP. Our store always has a high demand, and we are continually backordered (especially during the holiday seasons). 

Please be advised that some shipments in this case can take up to 60 days to arrive. If you haven't received your item(s) 60 days after your purchase, please contact us.

We cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses entered when checking out, missed deliveries, orders held up at customs, or lost packages. If you have marked the wrong address to ship to, please let us know ASAP, or we won't be able to correct the order.
